It was a dark & cloudless night. As I ventured through the back alley on my way back from Rudy’s, I felt quite safe with my cash box safely holding its important contents. Jonny Smokes had gotten it for me after a slight mishap with the last job we did, and like most great cashboxes, this one had a lock for some extra protection (and I had some extra protection strapped to my side…just in case) I wasn’t sure where Jonny obtained it (I would later find out it was here), but was sure the bulls wouldn’t like it if they found out. My particular money box has a tray to hold our wares, and also came with a free portfolio that I can put jack and ice when I need a dame to make a special delivery. I was almost back to my joint when a couple of smoked mugs decided to try some funny business and get their mitts on my stash, but thanks to my lucky cash box, I didn’t even have to throw no lead. I made it home, got into my glad clothes and headed over to Mickey the Head’s place to place some dice, hopefully add to the collection in my handy cash box.
